Yoga is a practice of embodying our true purpose and nature. More than movement or physical postures, yoga offers experiences that inspire a deeply meaningful life while creating balance in mind, body, and spirit. Through weaving yogic principles and ways into your daily life, you will experience greater health, clarity, and well-being.

Our work together is grounded in the yogic concept of original goodness. As we cultivate a practice, you will experience a multi-layered homecoming to your inherent wholeness and worthiness. We may weave an asana (postures) or pranayama (breath work) practice into our experiences together to help clear the body and calm the mind so you can feel the benefits of being in alignment. Yoga is for everyone and I am passionate about making it accessible to all.

Yoga is a natural compliment to other philosophies and religions because it does not require conversion. Yoga is an embodied practice that invites you to sample and determine its value in your life.

I am a Yoga Alliance certified and trained yoga teacher and specialize in teaching yoga philosophy to yoga teachers around the world.
